1. No order placed by the Client will be accepted by KCP until payment has been made in full.

2. Logins for E-learning programmes and Practice Tests will normally be provided by email within 24 hours of the receipt of cleared funds.

3.  The Client shall not lend, transfer or exchange logins or e-learning materials to any third party whatsoever.

4.  All KCP's products are protected by intellectual property rights and rights of confidence. Reproduction of these products in whole or in part, in any form, or their storage in a database or retrieval system, by any process, is prohibited.

5.  In the event of any claim for a refund, the Client must contact KCP in writing giving full details of the claim.  Due to the online delivery of KCP E-learning programmes and Practice Tests, if KCP authorises a refund, the Client will undertake, in writing, to delete any downloaded materials and any emails or other correspondence containing login information and passwords.  No claims for a refund will be accepted unless made within seven days of the dispatch by email of login information.

6.  Private customers may cancel an order within seven days of the order being placed and request a refund.  If logins have been activated, then the conditions in para 5 above apply.
