1) Job Level

Choose the level used in your Job Analysis output.

Optional: Role title (for context)

Weighting default: 1) Ability > 2) Personality/Values > 3) Simulations. (You can override per role risk.)

2) JA Evidence Categories

Tick categories evidenced by constructs or incidents.

If you’re unsure: tick the top 2 categories from your JA “Key Themes”.

3) Recommendations

Choose a job level + categories, then click Generate recommendations.
